摘要
观察酪蛋白肽对衰老型小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。经口灌胃喂养,六周末分别取大脑组织制成10%的组织匀浆分别检测SOD活性、MDA含量及IL-2含量。结果显示酪蛋白肽连续灌胃能显著提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量和提高IL-2含量。酪蛋白肽具有明显的抗衰老作用。
To observe the effects of casein peptide on SOD and MDA in aged mice.The aged mice were continually given casein peptide for 42 d,then collected the brain tissue to examine SOD activity,MDA and IL-2 content.Results showed： The casein peptide could signifi cantly increase SOD activity,lower MDA contents and increase IL-2 levels.Conclusion： The casein peptide could effectively enhance the ability of anti-aging in age mice.
