摘要
对红松籽油的冷榨工艺进行研究。通过单因素与正交试验得到冷榨红松籽油的最佳工艺参数,最佳参数为:粉碎后粒度16目,压榨压力4 MPa,水分含量4%。经验证按此参数试验得到的出油率为51.1%。此工艺下制得松籽油碘值高达143.0 gI∕100 g,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达92.09%,反式脂肪酸含量为0,是一种"天然绿色"的榨油方法。
Cold pressing process of the Korean pine seed oil was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment,Korean pine seed oil cold pressed optimal parameters,the optimum conditions were as followed: granularity of 16 mesh,squeeze pressure 4 MPa,water content of 4%.Click here to parameters proven results has the oil yield of 51.1%.Under this craft makes the oil iodine value to reach 143.0 gI/100 g,in which unsaturated fatty acid content reaches 92.09%.And this process which produces little trans fatty acids,is a "natural green" method to extract the oil.
