摘要
建立微波消解-二次微分电位溶出分析法测定淡水虾中镉含量的方法。优化实验条件如pH值、电沉积电位、平衡电位等,线性范围:镉(0~16)ng;检出限分别为0.24 ng/mL,RSD=2.1%(n=7)。该法测定淡水虾中镉含量的结果与原子吸收法无显著差异。
A method for determination of trace amounts of Cd in crayfi sh by microwave digestion and quadratic differential potentiometric stripping.The experimental parameter,such as pH values,accumulation potential and equilibrium potential were optimized.The peak currents were linear with the concentration in the range:(0~16) ng.The detection limits were 0.24 ng/mL.RSD2.5%(n=7).Consistent results of in food were obtained by this method as compared with GF-AAS method.
