摘要
设计了一种新型零电流脉宽调制(ZVS-PWM)Boost变换器,其中主开关管和辅助开关管均实现了零电流开通和关断,无源功率器件均实现了零电压开通和关断,减小了传统Boost变换器在开通和关断时出现的开关损耗以及主开关管的电流应力,提高了变换器的效率。该变换器适用于使用绝缘栅双极晶体管的中大功率场合。主要分析了变换器的主电路工作原理,并设计了一个工作频率为30 kHz,输入输出电压为220 V/400 V的Boost变换器,实验证明该设计可行。
A novel zero current switching(ZCS)pulse width modulated(PWM) Boost converter is designed,the main switch and auxiliary switch operate at ZCS turn on and turn off and ZCS of all the passive semiconductor devices.The novel Boost converter reduces the switching losses and the current stress of the main switch are minimized,which im-proves the efficiency of the converter.This converter is suitable for the high-power applications employing insulated gate bipolar transistors.This paper mainly analyzes the main circuit operation.An operating frequency is 30 kHz and 220 V/ 400 V Boost converter is designed.The experimental results prove the validity of the design.
