摘要
变电站电压无功控制(Voltage and Reactive Power Control,简称VQC)装置的作用是改善变电站的电压质量,实现无功潮流合理平衡。针对传统九区图法控制策略存在的缺点,提出了一种新的VQC策略,以电压、功率因数接近期望值,使有载调压变压器分接头的调节次数和电容器组的投切次数尽量少为目标,建立了变电站VQC模型和算法。实验证明该策略能获得更好的控制效果,进而提高了系统的安全性与经济性。
The role of voltage and reactive power control(VQC)in the substation is to improve the quality of voltage and achieve a reasonable balance of reactive power flow.Against with the weakness of the traditional nine-area control method,this paper presents a new VQC control strategy,namely to establish a real-time control model and algorithm that make the voltage and power factor closest to the expected value,and the number of movements about on-load tap changer(OLTC)and capacitors as little as possible.The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy,and it can improve system security and economy.
