摘要
对晶闸管在高功率脉冲电源中的应用进行了探讨;指出通态不重复浪涌电流、通态电流临界上升率是晶闸管选取的实际依据;给出了脉冲电流上升率的计算公式,确定了晶闸管通态电流临界上升率的最低取值。采用缓冲电路对晶闸管进行保护,通过理论分析得出了阻容匹配条件。仿真和实验表明该电路能有效抑制时序工作方式下出现的浪涌电压;将晶闸管作为主电路开关应用于一台由8个模块组成的高功率脉冲电源时,可取得良好的效果。
The application of the thyristors in pulsed power supply is discussed.It indicates that the pratical selection of thyristors is according to the non-repetitive peak on-state current and the critical rate of decrease of commutating on-state current,and gives the formula of increase rate of pulsed current,which obtains the minimum value of the critical rate of decrease of commutating on-state current.The thyristors are protected by the snubber circuit,and the value of snubber resistence and snubber capacitance is analyzed based on the theory.The simulation and experiments suggest that the snubber circuit can prevent the thyristors from damage under the surge voltage which appears in time-sequence discharge course.The result is satisfied after much experiment when the thyristors are used as the main circuit switch in an eight-module pulsed power supply.
