收尘用高压电源的比较分析和优化设计

摘要 为使电场强度满足工况要求,且粉尘荷电效果理想,在分析了不同高压电源技术特性的基础上设计了由4个电场组成的静电收尘设备,并根据高压电源的使用工况进行了优化设计。第1个电场由高频高压脉冲电源供电,采用先进的大容量、高频次半导体器件和高性能的数字信号处理器;其他电场由适合高比电阻的恒流源供电,粉尘充分荷电。目前,该设备已投入运行,且工作状况良好,从而证明相关分析符合实际情况,设计满足使用要求。 In order to make the electric field meeting the requirement of working condition and get ideal with dusts charging,a electrostatic precipitator is designed which is composed of four electric fields on the basics of analyzing the character of different high voltage sources.And then the optimized design is carried out for the special working condition.The high frequency and voltage pulse are used as the power supply in the first field in which the high ca-pacity,high frequency semiconductor device and high performance digital signal processor are adopted.The rest uses constant current source of which current is constant to get ideal dust charging.The high voltage sources has achieved good performance after being put into operation and proved the correction of relevant analysis about it.
