摘要
AD698信号调理芯片应用于电感位移传感器作为信号处理模块,具有优良的性能。但应用于磁轴承系统位移检测时,需要进一步提升性能指标。针对AD698存在的驱动能力不够、接口电压偏低、带宽偏低等不足,进行了电路方案的优化。保留AD698的解调模块,但置换了它的正弦发生与功率驱动模块。通过应用新的电路设计方案,实现了电感传感器带宽的扩展,并提升了传感器灵敏度。
An inductive displacement sensor with good performance can be achieved using an AD698 chip as its signal conditioning module.When such a sensor was used in an active magnetic bearing system,its performance should be improved,because of some disadvantages such as the current-carrying capability is low,the input voltage range is limited,the bandwidth is narrow.Some techniques were used to improve the circuit performance.A new power amplifier module and a new signal generator were used to replace the corresponding modules of AD698.They worked well with the demodulation module of AD698.With the new circuit design used,the bandwidth of the inductive sensor is extended and the sensor sensitivity is improved.
