摘要
针对模拟量采集种类趋于多样化和复杂化问题,采用MAX 197模数转换芯片,设计了一个适合于多种类、多通道的模拟量采集、处理、传送数据采集仪,采集仪基于EPA总线技术实现了总线供电和工业以太网络通信。在详细介绍采集仪硬件与软件设计的基础上,搭建了测试平台,结果分析表明设计具有很好的稳定性和转换精度。
Aim ed at analog acquisition became diversification and complication,this paper used analog-digital conversion chip MAX197,designed multi-channel analog acquisition,processing,delivery instrument to suit for multi-category analog acquisition,realized bus power supply and Ethernet communication based on EPA field bus technology.This paper introduced the hardware and software design,then put up a test platform,the result show this design has stability and high precision.
