摘要
气动测量具有测量倍率高、精度高、抗干扰能力强、自洁性好等特点,常用于高精度零件的检测。故此,基于差压气动原理,研制出一类适用于尺寸精度、形状精度及位置精度检测的高精度多功能气动误差测量仪。文中对量仪的工作原理、结构、特点及测量结果作了较详细的介绍、论证和分析。经实践检验,所研制量仪原理正确、结构简单、检测结果稳定、可靠。
Pneumatic measurer has some characteristics such as high measure magnification,high degree of accuracy,strong ability to resist interference and good self-cleaning.It is commonly used in the detection of high-precision parts.Based on differential pressure principle,a kind of high-precision multi-function pneumatic instrument was developed to measure errors of the dimension,form and position accuracy.In the article, The working principle,characteristic,structure and measurement results were introduced,argued and analysed in detail.It shows its principle is correct,structure is simple,and results are stable and reliable.
