摘要 介绍了所研制的四参数灌浆在线检测系统的构成及检测主机的硬件与软件设计,该仪器运用传感器技术、电子技术与微机技术对灌浆过程中的压力、流量、浆液密度和地层抬动值4个关键技术参数进行了动态检测,基于灌浆工程的实际情况设计了压差式密度计,采用电磁流量计、压阻式压力传感器和光栅传感器分别精确检测流量、压力和地层抬动值,设计了传感器与主机的接口,试验结果表明:该系统具有稳定性好,精度和灵敏度高,响应速度快等特点,在高温、潮湿、高灰尘的恶劣施工现场能正常工作。 Composition of four parameters grouting on-line detecting system and hardware and software design of detecting host computer was concluded,four key parameters of pressure,flow,grout density and strata raising was dynamically measured by this system with sensor technology,electron technology and PC technology in grouting process.Differential pressure densimeter was designed based on practical grouting engineering,electromagnetic flowmeter and piezoresistive pressure transducer and grating sensor was used to detect flow and pressure and strata raising precisely,the interface between the sensors and the host computer was designed.Experiment results showed that the system has the characteristics of good stability,high precision and sensitivity,quick response,and it can work normally under high temperature,damp and dust environment.
