摘要
为提高电力故障诊断系统的性能,介绍了一种基于嵌入式的电力故障录波器的电路设计方案,该故障录波器采用DSP与ARM双微处理器协同工作的方式。为了提高故障录波的精度、速度,DSP数据采集系统采用DSP芯片TMS320C33、A/D芯片ADS8364及同步锁相电路;ARM数据管理系统采用S3C44B0X芯片,设计了IDE接口、LCD接口、以太网接口等通信接口,使得重要信息的显示、转移、存储更方便、快捷。该故障录波器具有数据采集精度高、处理速度快、系统容量大、具有以太网接口数据远传等优点,对交流电参量检测装置的设计具有一定的参考价值。
To improve the performance of power fault diagnosis system,a design of power fault recorder based on the embedded systems was put forward.The fault recorder adopted the method that double CPU work with each other.In order to improve the precision and speed of fault recording,the DSP chip TMS320C33,A/D chip ADS8364 and phase-locking circuit was adopted in data acquisition system;data management system included the chip S3C44B0X,the ethernet interface,the LCD interface,the USB interface,which make it easier to display,transfer and storage of important information.It has several adventages,such as higher accuracy of data acquisition,higher solution speed,bigger system capacity,ethernet interface which is used to achieve data remote transmission,and so on.This solution is useful to design the detection equipment of AC parameters.
