摘要
为了满足火力发电厂高参数大容量机组对锅炉水微量磷酸根控制的要求,文中采用分光光度法,设计了基于嵌入式系统的多通道磷酸根离子在线监测仪。该系统选用工业级嵌入式微处理器AT9140800,利用嵌入式实时操作系统uC/OS对整个系统进行管理。该系统采用柱塞泵、单色冷光源双光路系统实现对炉水中的微量磷酸根检测。实验结果表明,该系统智能化程度高、工作稳定、测量精度高、重复性好,可以满足不同行业对微量磷酸根离子检测的需要。
For the requirements to control the content trace of PO-34 in boiler water in the high-parameter large capacity set of the thermal power plants,by using the spectrophotometry method,the multichannel online monitoring PO-34 instrument was designed based on embedded system.The entire system is managed by the embedded real-time operating system uC/OS,based on the industrial grade embedded microprocessor AT9140800.The system satisfactorily realized the detecting of traces PO-34 in high purity water by the plunger pumps,cold light source monochromatic double paths optical system.The experiments show that the system has stable function,high intelligence grade,high test precision and good reproducibility,so it really meets the requirements of detecting traces PO-34 in different industries.
