适用于工业高温区域的高效电子检测系统的实现

摘要 为使电子检测系统能适用于智能传感器系统并能稳定地运行于其所处高温125℃的工业高温区域,文中以汽车用标准电子元器件来构建电子检测的硬件系统。试验证明:该电子检测系统完全满足智能传感器的功能要求,并能成功运行于数字闭环控制的工业应用中。该电子检测系统的实现提高了智能传感器的性价比,并且扩展了智能传感器的功能。 This paper presented a complete measurement electronic hardware system for intelligent sensor.Owing to the measurement electronics are located in up to 125 ℃ high operating temperature zone of industry workshop,the measurement electronics are implemented with automotive electronic components.The experimental results show that,this measurement electronic system pertectly satisfies the required functions for the intelligent sensor,and can be applied successfully to digital closed-loop control for industry application.As well the function multiplying and the function-cost ratio could be promoted for the intelligent sensor by such implement of this measurement electronic system.
