摘要
为了考察参加西南地区品种筛选试验的小麦品种在干旱条件下的光合特性,特对它们的光合特性进行了研究,结果表明:干旱条件下各个时期各项光合指标的位次没有规律性,主要原因在于同时期不同品种发育的程度相差较大。灌浆期胞间二氧化碳浓度与千粒重、产量形成都有显著的正相关,此期胞间二氧化碳浓度与产量均高的品种有绵麦45、川麦43、川麦42、黔麦16,这些品种的抗旱性较好。
The results from studying the photosynthetic characteristics of different wheat varieties bred in southwest region under the drought condition in Guiyang city showed that there was no regularity in different photosynthetic indexes at different growth stages under the drought condition because there was obvious difference in the development degree among tested wheat varieties,there were significant positive correlations between intercellular CO2 concentration and 1 000 grain weight,yield formation at grain filling stage.The varieties with high intercellular CO2 concentration,high yield and good drought resistance are Mianmai 45,Chuanmai 43,Chuanmai 42 and Qianmai 16.
