摘要
金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)是一类重要的昆虫病原真菌,在害虫生物防治中起着重要作用。与化学农药相比,昆虫病原真菌开发的真菌杀虫剂作用时间持久、无环境污染、对非靶标生物安全,但存在致死时间长,杀虫效率低,防效不稳定等缺点,严重阻碍了真菌杀虫剂的广泛应用,为解决这一问题,从分子水平揭示昆虫病原真菌的致病机理尤为重要。从分子水平阐述了金龟子绿僵菌对寄主的识别与粘附、绿僵菌侵染寄主过程中附着胞的形成、绿僵菌对寄主体壁的穿透机制和绿僵菌进入寄主血淋巴后的适应机制。
Metarhizium anisopliae,an important entomopathogenic fungus,plays an important role in pest bio-control.The pesticide developed from entomopathogenic fungi has advantages of lasting action time,non-environmental contamination and safety to non-target organism and disadvantages of lasting lethal time,inefficient and instability control effect,which hinders its widespread application seriously.The paper expounds recognition and conglutination of Metarhizium anisopliae to hosts,appressorium formation of Metarhizium anisopliae during its invasion hosts,its penetration mechanism of Metarhizium anisopliae to host body wall and adaptation mechanism of Metarhizium anisopliae after accessing host hemolymph at molecular level.
