摘要 为了解农田灌溉水水质情况,改善浇灌区的农业环境质量,确保农产品的食用安全,以重庆市巴南区靠近长江流域的农田灌溉水为研究对象,利用其对蚕豆根尖细胞微核的诱变结果对水质进行判断。结果显示,农业灌溉水一定程度上可使蚕豆根尖细胞微核率和染色体畸变率明显升高,表明农业灌溉水中的化学污染物对蚕豆根尖细胞具有一定的毒性,重庆市巴南区靠近长江流域的农田灌溉水已遭受轻度污染。 The micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of root tip cells of broad bean irrigated by agricultural irrigation water close to Yangtze River basin in Banan district,Chongqing were studied to analyze irrigation water quality for improving agriculture environmental quality of the irrigation areas and to ensure edible safty of agricultural products.The results showed that agricultural irrigation water could increase micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of root tip cells of broad bean obviously to a certain degree,which indicates that the chemical pollutant in agricultural irrigation water is of a certain genetic toxicity to root tip cells of broad bean and the agricultural irrigation water close to Yangtze River basin in Banan district,Chongqing is mildly polluted.
