摘要
赤水河流域以县为单位的分段管理模式导致整个流域面临着经济发展不协调、环境价值取向不一致等一系列问题,阻碍了赤水河流域的可持续发展。针对这些问题,提出流域综合管理思路和发展对策。
The subsection management model based on the county level brings about a series of problems of inharmonious economical development and inconsistent environmental value orientation in the whole Chishui River basin,which hinders the sustainable development in Chishui River basin.The paper puts forward the thinking and development strategy of integrated management to solve the existed problems.
