对贵州南繁工作现状进行分析,提出管理工作不到位、基地尚不能满足需要和安全形势严峻等贵州南繁工作存在的问题;并针对问题提出相应对策:南繁管理机构要切实履行管理职责,进一步完善南繁基地建设,促进依法开展南繁工作。

The paper points out the problems of poor management level,insufficient experimental field area,severe security situation and so on by analyzing the current situation of southern propagation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of earnestly implementing management responsibility,further perfecting infrastructure of southern propagation basis and promoting its security according to law.
