摘要
目的观察肝素对心肺复苏大鼠脑损伤的影响。方法 50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为三组,假手术组(C组)10只,肾上腺素组+盐水组(A组)20只,肾上腺素+肝素组(H组)20只。麻醉后行气管插管和动静脉置管,A组和H组建立窒息性心跳骤停模型,窒息8m in后开始心肺复苏,C组不窒息、不复苏。复苏后24h再次麻醉,开颅取海马,观察光镜及电镜下海马神经元细胞形态学变化。结果与A组相比,H组复苏时间明显缩短(P<0.01),复苏成功率提高;光镜和电镜观察,C组神经元细胞结构正常,A组和H组均不同程度受损,前者损害较重,后者损害轻微。结论肝素可明显提高窒息性心跳骤停大鼠心肺复苏的效果,减轻脑损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of heparin on cerebral injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats.Methods Fifty males SD rats,randomly divided into sham group(group C,n=10),adrenaline group(group A,n=20),adrenaline + heparin group(group H,n= 20).Tracheal intubation and femoral artery/vein catheter were performed after anesthesia.Asphyxia cardiac arrest model was established by asphyxia 8min followed by cardiopulmonary resuscitation in group A and group H respective.There is no asphyxia in group C.After 24h of recovery,rats' hippocampus was removed.Pathological changes were examined under optics and electron microscope.Results Comparing with group A,recovery time was significantly shortened(P〈0.01),and the ratio of succeed resuscitation was increased in group H.Under optical and electronic microscopic examination: the structure of neuron in group C was normal,but it was impaired in different degree in both group A and H,that was severe in group A than that in group H.Conclusion Heparin can obviously improve the effectiveness of resuscitation in asphyxic cardiac arrest rats,and decrease cerebral injury.
