丙泊酚与40Hz听觉稳态响应的相关性研究

摘要 目的研究丙泊酚与40Hz听觉稳态响应(ASSR)之间的量效相关性。方法三组择期胆囊切除术患者以不同效应部位浓度TC I泵注丙泊酚静脉诱导,分别在诱导前、诱导后以及插管后1、5m in和10m in测定40HzASSR波幅。结果诱导前后40Hz ASSR波幅变化显著,诱导后各时点间40HzASSR波幅变化不明显;诱导后三组间40HzASSR波幅随丙泊酚浓度增加而逐渐降低,两者具有相关性。结论丙泊酚与40HzASSR之间有量效相关性。 Objective To investigate the dose-response correlation between propofol and 40Hz-auditory steady-state response(40Hz-ASSR).Methods Three groups of patients undergoing elective cholecystectomy were intravenously induced at different effect site concentration through propofol TCI,each patient received 40Hz-ASSR monitor before/after induction of anesthesia and 1,5,10min after tracheal intubation.Results There was a significant change in amptitude of 40HzASSR between before and after intubation.The change of 40HzASSR amptitude was insignificant at each time point after induction.ASSR amplitude of three groups decreased along with the increasing of propofol doses,and the two were related.Conclusion There is dose-response correlation between concentration of propofol and 40HzASSR amptitude.
