玉米NCED基因的序列特征及生物信息学分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用生物信息学的方法,对玉米基因组NCED基因进行序列特征及生物信息学分析。结果表明:玉米基因组中NCED基因只有1个拷贝,分布于玉米1号染色体的长臂上。玉米NCED基因全长2012bp,具有编码生成一个604个氨基酸的完整阅读框。进化树分析表明,玉米NCED基因编码蛋白与水稻(包括粳稻和籼稻)NCED蛋白亲缘关系最近,与大麦的亲缘关系次之,而与其他物种亲缘关系较远。
