摘要 目的检测CK19 mRNA在乳腺癌外周血中的表达情况,并探讨其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测45例术前乳腺癌患者、30例乳腺良性病变患者外周血中CK19 mRNA的表达情况。结果 CK19 mRNA在乳腺癌患者中阳性率为62.2%,在30例乳腺良性患者中阳性率为3.3%。乳腺癌患者和良性病变患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CK19 mRNA阳性率与临床分期、淋巴结转移均有关,二者表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。与ER、PR无显著相关性。结论乳腺癌患者外周血中CK19 mRNA显著高于乳腺良性病变者。 Objective To detect the expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of breast carcinoma and to study the correlations with cliniopathological significance.Methods Peripheral blood samples of 45 patients with breast carcinoma,30 patients with benign breast lesions were assessed by RT-PCR analysis of CK19 mRNA.Results The positive rate of CK19 mRNA in breast carcinoma patients was 62.2% and the related benign breast lesions were 3.3%.Significant differences were found in the expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood among patients with benign breast lesions and patients with breast carcinoma(P〈0.01).The positive rates and related of CK19 mRNA was significantly correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01)) but didn′t relate to ER and PR(P〉0.05).Conclusion The expression of CK19 mRNA is an objective biological marker for estimating the occurrence and progression of breast cancer.CK19 mRNA can be used to predict micrometastasis and evaluate prognosis because they are closely correlated with clinical stageand survival.
