摘要
从产权交易角度考察,工人是将劳动力(产权)租赁(而非卖)给企业,以换取企业的个体间接物质产权(含工资索取权),而不是工人单方面向企业转让劳动力(使用权),以取得劳动力价值或价格(工资)。每位工人都占有企业的个体间接物质产权,只是其份额有差别。工资的本质是工人占有并行使企业个体间接物质产权的报酬,工资主要取决于工人行使个体间接物质产权的实际绩效,受劳动力的质量和数量,以及工人行使个体间接物质产权行为与结果的影响。
From the angle of exchange of property rights,when the labour force is invested into a corporation,an employee changes the property rights of labour force to the individual indirect substantial property rights with a corporation. Wage is decided on the performance of the employee enforcing individual indirect substantial property rights,and affected by the quantity and feature of the labour force and the ability and behavior that the employee enforces individual indirect substantial property rights. Therefore,the essence of wage is an emolument of employee enforcing individual indirect substantial property rights.
