介绍了Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机可供选配的3个测试单元的结构及功能,通过选配适当的测试单元,可以进行系列热模拟试验。同时结合鞍钢生产实际,详细介绍了热模拟试验机在新产品开发和工艺优化中的应用。
The structure and function of three optional testing units for Gleeble-3800 thermal simulated test machine are introduced.A series of thermal simulated test can be made by selecting proper testing units.And also in terms of the actual production conditions in Angang,the application of thermal simulated test machine in developing new products and optimizing the manufacturing processes is discussed in detail.
