The Original Motivation behind the Musical Hero——An Interpretation of Beethoven's Fountainhead of Music Composition with Freudian Psychoanalysis

贝多芬是西方音乐史上一个伟大的人物,其作品宏大而极具感染力,"英雄"的主题和形象常常贯穿在其作品中,于是贝多芬亦被称为"音乐英雄"。20世纪出现了以弗洛伊德为代表的精神分析学哲学家,他们从人的内在心理出发,开拓了哲学研究的新思路,打开了认识人类世界的新领域。运用精神分析法研究贝多芬的创作源泉和动机,以及其作品的潜在内涵,对于了解贝多芬和倾听贝多芬的音乐,都有新的启迪和思考。

Beethoven was the most crucial figure in the history of western music.He created numerous magnificent and contagious compositions through which the theme and image of ＂hero＂ more often than not ran.Beethoven was therefore known as the musical hero.In the twentieth century,psychoanalytic psychologists represented by Freud proceeded from internal conflicts and feelings,developed a novel thread of philosophy,and inaugurated new domains in understanding the world.Beethoven＇s fountainhead and motive of music composition,together with potential connotations of his compositions,were elaborated in this paper,which may provide fresh inspiration and thinking in understanding Beethoven and Beethoven＇s music.
