It is urgent that college students should develop their inter-cultural communicative competence nowadays.Traditional classroom teaching has many limitations in developing their awareness and competence in terms of socio-cultural theory,though it is considered as the most important way.With the fast development of the Internet,rich web resources and Computer Media Communication can be employed as an alternative to it.
