摘要 通过数值模拟计算和分析,设计了1台100Hz超高频脉冲管制冷机,通过对直线型原理样机的实验,对模拟计算进行了验证。同时对超高频下各种参数进行了实验,结果表明,100Hz超高频下回热器材料需采用高目数丝网,最佳充气压力为3.5MPa,80K可获得1.22W制冷量。 A 100 Hz ultra-high frequency pulse tube was designed based on the simulation and analysis,the method was validated through the experiment of an in-line version pulse tube.Some other parameters were experimented.With 100Hz ultra-high operating frequency,the denser screens were used and the optimum pressure was 3.5 MPa.Under the optimum condition,1.22 W cooling was lifted at 80K.
