低温冷风切削加工45~#钢的建模与仿真 被引量:1

Modeling and simulation of cutting 45~# steel cooled by cold air

摘要 为了研究低温冷风技术对材料切削性能的影响,利用DEFORM-3D仿真软件,分别对45#钢的干切削及低温冷风切削过程进行了有限元仿真,对不同条件下的切削温度和切削力进行分析,最后同试验数据进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,低温冷风能有效地降低切削区域的温度,但对主切削力并无明显影响。基于DEFORM-3D软件得到的金属低温冷风切削有限元仿真结果具有较高的可信度。 Aiming at studying the difference of material cutting property caused by cold air,the 45# steel was took FEM simulation concluding dry cutting and cold air cutting,then the cutting temperature and cutting force under various conditions were analyzed.Finally the simulation result was made contrast with experimental data.The analysis results show that the cold air can make the cutting zone temperature down efficiently,however it has little effect on the main cutting force.The cold air cutting simulation of metal based on DEFORM-3D has a relatively high reliability.
