益气活血方治疗脑梗塞临床研究

The Clinical Study of Yiqihuoxue Recipe on Treating Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨益气活血方治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:60例脑梗塞患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,治疗组以益气活血方治疗,对照组以拜阿司匹林治疗,观察治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、生活能力状况、血液流变学、血脂及中医证候的变化。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组治疗有效率为66.67%,两组疗效相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候有效率为86.67%,对照组为63.33%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活能力显著提高(P<0.01),优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后红细胞积压、全血黏度较治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后TC、TG较治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方治疗脑梗塞临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of Yiqihuoxue Recipe on treating Cerebral InfarctionMethods：Randomly divide 60 patients with Cerebral Infarction into two groups：the control group and the treated group.The treated group is treated by Yiqihuoxue Recipe while the control group by Bayaspirin.To observe the changes on neurological impairment,living ability,Hemorheology,Blood Lipid and TCM symptoms of both groups closely.Results：the effective rate on treated group is 90% and the control group is 66.67%.This showed statistical significance（P〈0.05） between the two groups.The TCM symptoms effective rate on treated group is 86.67% while the control group is 63.33%.This also showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The treated group made great improvement on live ability（P〈0.01）which is better than the control group.The level of hematocrit,whole blood viscosity（P〈0.01）and TC、TG（P〈0.05）decreased significantly after the therapy.
