化痰散结消瘿方治疗甲状腺腺瘤38例临床观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of 38 Patients on Treatment of Thyroid Adenoma with TCM Prescription of Resolving Phlegm Dissipating Nodules and Eliminating Goitre

目的:观察化痰散结消瘿方治疗甲状腺腺瘤的临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲对照法将68例患者分为两组。治疗组38例采用化痰散结消瘿方治疗;对照组30例予以西药L-T4,100μg/d治疗。治疗前后进行体检和甲状腺功能、B超等检测并比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组比较化痰散结消瘿方组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:化痰散结消瘿方辨证治疗甲状腺腺瘤疗效确切,且优于西药L-T4,为中药治疗本病提供了新的思路。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treatment of thyroid adenoma with TCM prescriptions of resolving phlegm,dissipating nodules and eliminating goitre.Methods：68 patients were divided into two groups in this randomized,single-blinded study.38 patients were treated with TCM prescription of resolving phlegm,dissipating nodules and eliminating goiter as treatment group;control group of 38 patients received L-T4,100ug/d with western treatment.compare the clinical effects of treatments by medical examination and thyroid function and B ultrasonic detection before and after treatment.Results：Total effective rate was 92.1% in treatment group,comparing 60.0% in control,compare the two groups,the clinical effect of TCM prescription group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of dialectical treatment of thyroid adenoma with TCM prescriptions of resolving phlegm,dissipating nodules and eliminating goitre is effective and better than Western medicine L-T4,this provides a new treatment ideas in TCM therapy.
