摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱测定市售钩藤中钩藤碱的方法。方法:KromosilTMC18柱;检测波长254nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1mL.min-1;流动相:甲醇:水(0.01mol/L三乙胺,冰醋酸调pH7.2)=70∶30;进样量:20μL。结果:在0.244~1.22μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.13%。6批市售钩藤药材钩藤碱含量为0.1349~0.2107mg/g。结论:市售钩藤药材中钩藤碱含量变化较大。该方法简便,结果准确,可有效控制钩藤质量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of rhynchophylline in Uncaria rhynhcophylla.Methods:The determination was carried out with KromosilTMC18 column,using MeOH-H2O(0.01mol/L triethylamine)(70∶30)as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at the wavelength 254nm,column temperature 30℃.Results:The linear ranges of rhynchophylline were 0.244~1.22μg(r=0.9997),with the average recoveries of 100.13%.The content of rhynchophylline in different samples of Uncaria rhynhcophylla were 0.1349~0.2107mg/g.Conclusion:The content of rhynchophylline in 6 market samples varied notably.This method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Uncaria rhynhcophylla.
