Eu^(3+)离子在La_(2/3)Ba_(1/3)MnO_3基质中的发光研究

摘要 采用高温固相法制备了La2/3Ba1/3MnO3:1%Eu粉末,用XRD对粉末的物相结构进行了表征,结果表明为单相钙钛矿结构。用Hitachi F-4500荧光分光光度计测量了室温下La2/3Ba1/3MnO3:1%Eu粉末的发光特性,结果发现最强的激发峰位于264nm,对应于Eu3+-O2-的电荷迁移态激发跃迁,发射光谱主要有592nm、613nm、694nm三个强发射带组成,对应了5D0 7F1、5D0 7F2、5D0 7F4跃迁。 Eu3+-doped La2/3Ba1/3MnO3 was prepared with a solid-state reaction method and its photoluminescence were investigated.The XRD results showed that the sample has perovskite structure.The emission spectrum of La2/3Ba1/3MnO3:1%Eu exhibits 592nm,613nm,694nm emission bands,which was assigned to the 5D0→^7F1、5D0→^7F2、5D0→^7F4 transitions.The excitation spectrum of La2/3Ba1/3MnO3:1%Eu appeared to be a broad strong band with peak at 264 nm and two weak bands with peak at 398nm and 470nm.The former excitation band was attributed to the Eu-O charge transfer transition.
