摘要
介绍了国内外烟草业有关微生物或酶作用的控制与利用研究概况、微生物或酶作用的简便易行有效的控制方法———控制温湿度和利用微生物或酶改善烟叶、烟梗和烟草薄片质量、生产香料及降解烟碱的研究进展。
Progress of control and use of microbes or enzymes in domestic and foreign tobacco industry was reviewed . It described a simple method for control of microbes or enzymes, namely controlling the enviromental temperature and humidity of tobacco materials effectively. Meanwhile, it introduced advances on the improvement of quality of tobacco leaves, tobacco stems and reconstituted tobacco, degradation of nicotine and production of flavor by microbes or enzymes in detail. The conclusion was that control and use of microbes or enzymes would be still an important subject for tobacco industry in the future. \;
