摘要
SAPO-34分子筛具有中等强度的酸中心和适宜的孔径结构,有益于甲醇转化生成乙烯、丙烯。SAPO-34分子筛的性能、结构在很大程度上取决于合成工艺及条件、原料等。因此,本文从SAPO-34分子筛配比组成、合成工艺及条件和金属改性等三方面综述了各种因素对SAPO-34分子筛合成、结构和性能影响的研究概况。并针对实际情况对进一步研究SAPO-34分子筛提出一些建议。
SAPO-34 molecular sieves which have the medium acidic properties and distinct small pore structure characteristic,exhibit the best selectivity to C2-C3 olefins,and have the minimum byproducts of paraffinic and aromatic for the conversion methanol to light olefins.SAPO-34's catalytic properties and physicochemical characteristics depend on its synthetic technique,synthetic condition and the raw materials selected.This paper discussed the effect factors such as materials,synthetic technique,synthetic condition and metal modification etc,on synthesis,structure and property of SAPO-34 molecular sieves in more details.Some advices are put forward in order to the better development of SAPO-34 molecular sieves.
