摘要
将冲击载荷作用下夹层板的响应分为三个阶段,利用能量守恒和刚塑性材料模型,对矩形的方形蜂窝夹层板在冲击载荷作用下塑性动力响应进行了理论分析,推导出四边固支的方形蜂窝夹层板在冲击载荷作用下最终残余变形的近似计算公式,并与有限元仿真结果进行了比较,两者吻合良好,验证了文中方法的正确性。该方法对方形蜂窝夹层板设计和优化具有较好的参考价值。
Using energy conservation and rigid-plastic material model,the theory analysis of dynamic plastic response of sandwich plates with square honeycomb cores subjected to shock loading is carried out by splitting the response of sandwich plates into three stages.And an approximate formula estimating the permanent deformation of the clamped sandwich plates with square honeycomb cores under shock loading is developed.The results from this formula are compared with those obtained from the finite element analysis and good agreements are observed.The present method provides a good reference for the design and optimization of the sandwich plates with square honeycomb cores.
