摘要
介绍了应用于江门供电局的变电站综合监控系统。该系统利用智能多媒体技术,能实现远程视频监控及环境监控、双态录像管理机制、基于地理信息系统地图的告警联动、基于多画面显示的轮询方案定制、系统权限管理与角色划分、日志查询等功能。在江门110kV白沙变电站应用的工程实例表明,该系统实际应用效果良好。
The comprehensive substation monitoring system used in Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau is described.Utilizing intelligent multi-media technique,the system can realize remote video surveillance and environmental monitoring,two-state video management system,alarm linkage based on map of geographic information system（GIS）,polling program customization based on multi-screen display,systematic right management and role division,log query,etc.The satisfactory application effect of the system is shown by its use in 110 kV Baisha Substation in Jiangmen.
