摘要
首先对原始创新文献进行梳理,在此基础上,就如何使用PROTEE管理工具对我国企业原始创新进行有效管理展开深入的分析和研究。通过研究可知,PROTEE是一种有效管理工具,它可以使得原始创新的风险得到有效的控制,并且提高原始创新的成功率。
Based on analyzing the literature of original innovation,this paper analyzes how to use PROTEE —— a management tool,to carry on intensive analyses and studies on effective management of original innovation of Chinese enterprises.The research tells us that PROTEE is an effective management tool,which can effectively control the risk of original innovation.What is more,PROTEE can also improve the success rate of the original innovation.
