摘要
阳极覆盖料是维持电解槽热平衡的重要因素,对电解槽平稳运行和槽寿命影响较大,我国预焙铝电解槽一般规定标准阳极覆盖料厚度为16 cm。某公司通过实践将350 kA大型预焙电解槽的阳极覆盖料厚度由16 cm降至10 cm,本文讨论了降低阳极覆盖料厚度后的电解槽运行情况和体系热损失变化情况。
The anode overlay is a key factor for maintaining the thermal balance of pre-baked aluminum reduction cells,it also has significantly effect on cell life and stable operation of per-baked aluminum reduction cells.The standard thickness of anode overlay of pre-baked aluminum reduction cell is 16 cm,which is the general order in China.The 350 kA large pre-baked aluminum reduction cell was decreased from 16 cm to 10 cm,which was practiced in a company.This paper discusses the running situation of experimental pre-baked aluminum reduction cells and its fluctuation condition of thermal loss of system after being lowered the thickness of anode overlay.
