摘要
本文介绍了脉冲燃烧技术在双蓄热式炼镁还原炉中应用的控制原理、蓄热室配置、PLC控制系统、应用实践及其优点。由于它具有控制温度波动小、节约燃料等优点,具有广阔的开发应用前景。
This paper introduces the control principle,configuration in regenerator,PLC control system,application of pulse combustion technology which were applied in double-regenerative magnesium reduction furnace and its advantages.It has the advantages as following： small fluctuation controlling temperature,fuel conservation,so it has broad prospects of development and application.
