摘要 某厂新建109 m2锌精矿流态化焙烧炉,配置了1台设计蒸发量为28 t/h的饱和蒸汽余热锅炉,投产后替代了3台燃煤蒸汽锅炉。本文介绍了余热锅炉选型、饱合蒸汽发电工艺、余热发电机组的配置特点、设计性能及运行效果。 109 m2 fluidized roaster for zinc concentrate was newly established in a plant,it was equipped with a saturated-vapor waste heat boiler which evaporation capacity was designed as 28 t/h,and took the place of 3 coal-fired steam boiler after it has put into production.This paper introduces the configuration,characteristic,design performance and running effect of waste heat generator set and the type selection of waste boiler and process of power generation by saturated vapor.
