摘要
介绍了CIGS的性能和作用,探讨了硒化物靶材的制备方法。试验表明经过真空梯度合成、热压烧结等工艺可产出纯度99.999%和密度99.1%以上的CIGS薄膜太阳能电池吸收层用硒化物靶材。流程所用设备简单,操作简便,适用于工业化生产。
This paper introduces the performance and function of Cu、In、Ga、Se,discusses the preparation method of selenode targets.The experiment shows that after the technology such as synthesis of gradient by vacuum and hot-pressed sintering,the purity and density of selenode targets using in absorbing layer of GIGS thin film solar cell were over 99.999% and 99.1% respectively.The process with simple equipment and easy operation is suitable to industrial production.
