摘要
由于行星轮系结构复杂,为了在ANSYS中所建立的有限元模型具有通用性,利用AP-DL语言建立了行星轮系的参数化模型。在参数文件中输入所必须的参数,即可建立行星轮系的有限元模型,利用子空间法对其进行动力学模态分析,得到其固有频率以及对应的模态振型。对计算结果进行固有频率和振型的分析,进而得到固有频率的分布状态以及对应的振型,在设计行星轮系的过程中避开这些区域,避免产生共振,从而达到提高齿轮系统品质的目标。
In view of the complexity of the planetary gears and the universality of modeling in ANSYS,parameterized modeling of the planetary gears is built by the APDL language.The necessary parameter is inputted to obtain finite element model which is used for mode analysis by ANSYS.After the calculation,the natural frequency and the vibration mode can be gained,in which the distribution of the natural frequency of the planetary gears is showed and can be used to improve the design and manufacture of the gear system.
