摘要
介绍了一种条形机油冷却器的工作原理和组成部件。针对该条形机油冷却器组件之一,铝制波形网状带孔冲压件——散热翅片在自动装配过程中的抓取问题,阐述了采用真空负压驱动夹持器夹爪的工作原理;设计了其异型真空夹持器的结构;通过试验验证了该夹持器能够抓取散热翅片,且具有很好的可靠性。
This paper introduces the operational principle and components of bar type engine oil cooler,according to the griping problem of cooler fin in automatic assembly,which is an aluminum wave mesh stamping part with holes and is one of the bar type engine oil coolers constituent elements,describes the principle of driving grip pawl by vacuum negative pressure and designs the structure of heterotype vacuum gripper.The experiment proves that the gripper can grab the cooling fin reliably.
