摘要
研究了齿轮传动平稳性测试系统的总体结构,设计角度编码器和加速度传感器安装方法,基于测控专业工具LabWindows/CVI设计系统软件,实验证明系统可靠稳定,对实现闭环数字制造有较高的使用价值。
Main structure of gear transmission stationarity test system is researched on and installation methods of angle coder and acceleration sensor is designed in this paper.The software of the system is designed based on LabWindows/CVI.Experimental proofed system is reliable,stable and have good use value.
