摘要
机床结构件的约束形式对其工作性能有直接而重要的影响。以磨床床身垫铁为例,运用有限元方法,通过比较5种不同的垫铁排列方式,得到最优的床身支承方式——6点对称垫铁支承方式。该支承方式既节约成本,又不易产生由于支承不当造成的应力集中或扭曲变形等,符合支承方式的发展趋势。
The constrained form of a machine tool has the direct and serious influence on the working performance.As compared with five different layouts of pad iron in grinder bed,this paper finds out the best layout of pad iron;i.e.six points symmetric layout of pad iron.The six points symmetric layout of pad iron not only saves cost but also is hard to result in stress concentration and twist deformation,and it coincides with the development trend of supporting pattern.
