摘要
在注塑模具的模块化设计中,经过模块划分以后,如何得到最优的模块组合方案,使模具的设计制造效率更高,是模具模块化设计领域仍未得到合适解决的问题。在此通过对模具模块化现状和模块组合方法的分析和总结,提出了一种模块间的综合的权值,通过建立目标函数求解,得到模块组合更为理想的优化组合方案。
In the modular design of the mould,after module partition,how to get the optimal combination of modules and have higher effect on design and manufacturing are still not solved in the mold modular design field.In this situation,through the analysis and summarization of mould modular and module partition methods,we put forward a kind of modules comprehensive weights and establish the objective function to get the more ideal optimization and combination scheme of the modules.
