摘要
轮冠距是锥齿轮齿坯公差的重要项目之一,也是测量齿厚时控制锥齿轮副啮合侧隙的一个间接基准。在加工的过程中应对轮冠距的尺寸精度严格限制,并保持其尺寸的一致性。首先对轮冠距与理论安装距的关系及其对锥齿轮齿高、齿厚的影响加以阐述,并介绍了实用的测量方法,在实际生产中加工效率高,实用。
Tip distance of the bevel gear not only is one important tolerance,but also is an indirect reference backlash of the tooth thickness control bevel gear pair meshing in the measurement.In the course of processing the dimensional accuracy of the tip distance should be strictly restricted to maintain the size consistency.In the article the theoretical relationship between the tip distance and installation distance and the impact on the bevel gear tooth depth and tooth thickness are elaborated,and practical measurement method is introducted.
