摘要
介绍了逆向工程的应用及工作过程。以卡通塑像蜡笔小新为例,利用三维激光扫描仪测出其点云数据,使用Geom agic软件进行扫描数据处理、点云和多边形编辑,创建网格及生成NURBS曲面,然后利用UG软件的曲面功能生成实体模型,最后运用UG加工生成了模型的粗、精加工刀轨,实现了复杂人物塑像由实物到CAD模型直至数控加工的完整的逆向工程,提高了产品设计制造的品质。
Application and work process of reverse engineering are presented in the paper.For example,Point data of Crayon Shin-chan statue is measured by using three-dimensional laser scanner,scan data is processed,point cloud and polygon are edited,gridding and NURBS surface are found by Geomagic software,and then entity mold is created by surface module in UG,finally rough and finish machining cutter track of model is built by UG machining module,Integrated reverse engineering is realized from object to CAD model till CNC machining end of complex character statue,product quality of design and manufacture can be improved.
