摘要
分析管式捻股机电气传动控制系统的特点,以ABB公司ACS510变频器为驱动装置,西门子PLC200为控制核心,根据Modbus协议格式,实现PLC与ACS510变频器的通信,利用速度链设计和带前馈的PID速度闭环控制实现三个传动点电动机的良好同步控制,取得了较高的控制精度和稳定性,充分满足生产过程的需要。
The features of the electrical drive control system of tubular strander are analyzed in the paper.By using ACS510 frequency converter as drive device,PLC200 as control core,according to Modbus protocol,the communication between PLC and ACS510 is realized in the system.The three drive motors have a good synchronization control by using the speed chain design and the speed control with feed-forward PID closed loop.The control system of tubular strander has high precision and stability,and meets the requirement of the process sufficiently.
